Bite me.

I'm over the diet!
That diet can bite me!
I don't have time to eat half a turkey for lunch and the rest for dinner.
I don't have time to rinse all the lettuce that's available in Sweden.
I have a life.
I am going back to it.

Today, tofu, rice and a helluva lot of creme fraiche!
Yea, man!

I'm still a little unclear on the diet thing... was it some kind of national requirement or something? (if you don't take this diet, you can't get any government services, and because you make the rest of the people feel bad they will chase you down with torches and pitchforks?)

One wouldn't be surprised if it was... However, it was a bad idea in order to get fit for Beach2008...
I tell you, it was hell, I didn't do anything else except slicing veggies and eat turkey. I have eaten up more than one whole turkey in two days, I am sure..
Now I go back to a normal life, and man, it does feel so good. I am not made for diets and that stuff. I can't live by someone else's rules like that, thinking of it, it must be better to use common sense, right?

a turkey diet? I dunno know about the rest of the world, but turkey to me means shitloads of gravy and mashed potatoes and creamed onions and stuffing and all kinds of other fattening (ie: delicious) stuff...

Well, it was a diet who's goal was to eat stuff with low glychemical index (if that is a word like that in English.) which means no white rice and no pasta and no potatoes the first two weeks, in order to get rid of all the carbohydrates(?) that's in those groceries.
Now it meant a hell of a lot of turkey for me, since I am not too fond of red meat, but he got tired of it too. And to the meat there were salads and salads again, I mean, it was shitloads of salads in fact. My guy said he would probably sound like a horse, you know "hee-haw" instead of snoaring through the nights.
Hmm, now, creamed onions? Now we're talking, I never had that, is it good? It sounds like it would be...
Thinking a bit further, I've never had gravy either. I am thinking I might have missed something there.

"What, no gravy?!?!?" (a reference for fans of classic Warner Brother's cartoons)... damn, I'm very sorry for you... there is nothing quite as good as turkey gravy

and creamed onions, oh yeah... small white "pearl" onions, boiled until soft, then put in a nice thick bechamele (white sauce: wheat, butter, cream), seasoned only with a little salt and black pepper... very tasty... you can also add sauted mushrooms, too, if you want to get fancy

Hehehe, even I recognize that one :)
The onions sounds delicious, however if I ever do it, I wont have the mushrooms too, I never enjoyed mushrooms and skip them as often as I can if they are in some reciepe.

I, uh... well, I don't know what to say... ...after all these years, I...

ha! I'm glad you liked it... I'm guessing that you guessed what I did (just copy/pasted random lines from your blog)... did it almost make pseudo sense or was it just comepletely not parsable?

Hehe! Yeah, I figured you did :) Well, it was really surreal, you said and I quote:

But if he was cycling in a downhill slope,right-hand traffic?

many years later I understand why also, should be one and so on away.

discuss more, and duster meanwhile

....saiiiid the

He he, I find it kinda poetic in fact :)
